I am emailing to let you know what a great buying experience I have had with John Greed Design. My husband & I got married in May of this year but at the very last minute realized that we had not bought wedding rings – and we had run out of money. We got one for me but not my husband. As it is his 30th Birthday on 10th November I decided to get him a wedding ring. Then there is the problem, mens wedding rings are so old fashioned and if you don’t want a plain one, your only other option is something all diamonds & patterns – my husband would never wear anything like that. Then I came across your website and what a difference. Contemporary designs for men and the when I saw the one I ended up getting my hubby(Titanium with gold code 1842) I just knew he would love it. And….it was under £100 – amazing! I used your measure guide noted the numbers and called your call centre. The girl I spoke to(sorry I cant remember the name) was very pleasant & helpful. I went on to order online yesterday afternoon and the ring arrived this morning. It’s lovely, I really love it. I have shown girls at work and two of them said ‘’oh my Gary would love something like that!’’ ‘’I wish I saw that website when we were getting Grants wedding ring’’.
A job well done John Greed Design. And I will be sending my hubby to your website to get me something for Christmas.

My daughter bought a Pandora bracelet off your web site this was months before my birthday when I received it we found it was too big,this was well after your 14 day returns I contacted you and explained you said you could exchange it I sent it first class on Thursday and received it back First Class Saturday this was excellent customer service. I'm not in the habit of sending e-mails like this but, what can I say, your service is fantastic.
I have to admit, I've always been somewhat dubious about buying over the internet, particularly items that you would traditionally purchase in a high street shop, such as jewellery.
As a result, my experiences of internet shopping have been limited to the occasional flight tickets and car insurance.
However, when was unable to find the type of ring I was looking for, in any of the mainstream jewellers shops, I was forced to resort to the world wide web.
Of the numerous sites I visited, yours was, by far, the most interesting and appealing. The 'About us' section made me feel like you were people I could trust, as opposed to some faceless multi-national organisation and, the 'view product in use' pictures are a great idea.
As for my ring, it is perfect, just what I wanted, excellent quality, nicely packaged, in the right size and exactly what I expected, after looking at the photograph. I ordered it Friday night and it arrived on Monday morning, following 3 e-mails informing me that my order had been received, my payment had been processed and the ring had been dispatched. Customer service just doesn't get any better than that.
Apologies for the length of this e-mail and thanks for a great ring and, for making this rare internet shopping experience so pleasant.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for yet another stunning ring, easy ordering and quick despatch! I ordered a tungsten ring last year for my fiance and he decided that he would actually like one for his wedding ring, having seen how scratched my platinum engagement ring has become.
